We may generate, collect, and share lead information and engagement metrics with sponsors, partners, and customers, as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that lead data you submit (e.g., name, address, email, phone, Instagram handle) may be shared consistent with our policy and applicable law. If payments or commerce features are offered (e.g., via Square), you agree to comply with the applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or sites linked from the Services.
The Services, including all trademarks, logos, and content provided by Exotics Group, are owned by Exotics Group or its licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXOTICS GROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exotics Group and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Washington State for any disputes not subject to arbitration (if applicable).
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue permissible claims in court unless we mutually agree to arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
